Simply place your order online, choose Decathlon Sen Sok store, you will receive a confirmation email once your product is ready to be collected. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to collect it at the store. You have 3 days to collect your order. Please bring along your notification email for verification purposes. You can also forward your email to someone else for collection on your behalf. 

Note: Voluminous items (Machines, Treadmills, Trampolines) are not available for Click & Collect

Cash on Delivery:

You can place an order online and pay in cash when your products get delivered to your address.

Online Payment:

CANCEL ORDER

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is in "shipped" status, we are no longer able to undertake any cancellation because the order is already in the hand of the courier.

What happen if my order has an out of stock item and why does it happen?

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. our team will contact you if there are any out-of-stock item(s). You have the option to cancel the out-of-stock item(s) from your order and ship the remainder of your order, or you can cancel the whole order and place a new order. Please note that if you cancel the out-of-stock item(s), you will be refunded for the cancelled item(s) by bank transfer. do take note that any shipping fee paid will not be refunded. please allow 1-7 working days for refunds to be processed.

UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT

The Product That I’m Looking For Is Not Available In Your Store. Can I Order It From Another Country?

 Unfortunately, It Is Not Possible To Make An Order From Another Country. You Will Only Find On This Website The Products Displayed In Our Local Store Located In Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Product Is Not In Stock. When Will It Be Available Again? We Cannot Provide You The Accurate Arrival Date Of New Stock. It Usually Takes 3 To 4 Weeks. However, It Is Not Guaranteed. Hello Sir!
