How do you know how much weight to use?
These weights can be adjusted from 250 g to 1 kg: they contain four 250 g weights. You can add or remove the weights depending on which muscles you’re planning to work.
If you're new to weight training, we recommend starting with just 250 g for your upper body.
You can then increase the load once you're stronger or if you feel like it isn't working you hard enough.

These weights are easy to wash!
Our flexible weights are washable!
- Remove all of the weights from the wristband
- Put the wristband in a laundry bag and wash at 30°C
- Leave to air dry
All that remains is to put the weights back in before your next workout

When training, you have the choice between dynamic and static movements (where you don't move your feet).
These soft wrist and ankle weights are practical and adjustable, making them perfect for dynamic movements like leg extensions.
