The weight depends on the exercises being done. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges (from 1.5kg).

Static vs dynamic exercises: what's the difference?
During dynamic exercises, use weights for wrists and ankles. With these practical, flexible weights, you can do hip extensions without worrying about the weight as it's already attached to your ankle.
For static exercises, sand discs are recommended. They aim to intensify exercises such as planks. The texture and shape allow you to do your exercises safely.
