RETURN Policies

In Decathlon Cambodia, you are entitled to EXCHANGE or REFUND your Decathlon products within 365 days as a Decathlon member and Exchange within 30 days as a non-member except the following conditions.

We are unable to process a REFUND or an EXCHANGE for the following conditions: 

  • Products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose/unmaintained/not return in a resellable condition.
  • Products subject to normal wear and tear
  • Products that are perishable such as  Protein powder, cosmetics, energy drinks, the tire, and the tube 
  • Products that are the last price promotion items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
  • Products that have been personalized such as clothing/bags/etc… 
  • There is no proof of purchase 
  • Claim for damage parts or accessories lost after a several days from the date of purchase.

With manufacturing defected, please kindly return to us at our stores:

During the warranty period, the customer has the right to return any defective product in order to obtain repair or replacement of the defective parts depending on the nature of the defect. If the product is irrepairable. Decathlon will offer the Customer an exchange with a product of equivalent value. If no product with an equivalent value is available, Decathlon will refund the customer the full purchase price of the product paid by the customer. For specific warranty, please refer to Basic Warranty.

  1. Full Members are entitled to return and exchange a product that is deemed to be defective within the duration of warranty.
  2. Non-Members are only entitled to return a product that is deemed to be defective within the duration of 30 days.

Products purchased via Home Delivery can be exchanged at nearby:

Products purchased at any Decathlon Store or via Click & Collect can be exchanged at nearby:

Note:

* If you would like to exchange your old product with a new one at any of our Connect stores, it is recommended to purchase your new product online before visiting our store to collect/exchange it with your old product or visit our store directly to help or contact our team beforehand. 

* If the items that you want to exchange are not in connect store range; customers can change to another item in stores or refund based on your membership type.

* Note: Return for Exchange or Refund via Delivery for online orders is not available at the moment.
