Allow 1 to 1.5 minutes for recovery between each set. Here are the exercises to do:
- Goblet squat with Kettlebell:3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Kettlebell sumo deadlift: 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Knee push-ups : 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Bungee pull :3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Elbow plank exercises: 3 sets of 20 to 40 seconds

Coach's advice for improving your workouts (2/2)

For each exercise, start with the lowest number of repetitions (make sure you don't give up and leave a margin of 2 repetitions from your maximum), then increase by one repetition a week until you reach the highest number in the recommended range. After that, you can increase the weight.
