With this medium-support sports bra, you can dedicate yourself to any moderate-impact activity, e.g. dancing, fitness, cardio training, cycling, etc., while enjoying optimal bust protection.

How does the medium-support muscle back seamless bra provide such freedom of movement?

When practising sport, it is very important that you feel comfortable in your movements. This means that you should choose clothing that facilitates a wide range of movement and postures.
This sports bra was designed with this in mind. We designed a muscle back to free up the shoulder blades in order to provide more freedom of movement for the arms.

Stay dry, even when you are pushing yourself to the limit! How is this possible with the medium-support muscle back seamless bra?

You go all out, to the point where you are often soaking wet at the end of a session. This isn't always a very pleasant feeling, right? Well, thanks to this sports bra, you can say goodbye to the feeling of moisture caused by perspiration. The technical fabric, of which it is made, can wick away perspiration. It also dries more quickly in order to keep you dry.
For greater effectiveness, we also added a ventilated zone between the breasts.

What type of cups does the medium-support muscle back seamless bra have?

The sports bra has 2 flexible single-thickness cups (no shell).

Why must the bust be supported during sport?

Did you know that your breasts are almost exclusively held by the skin? This makes them vulnerable and, during sport, the forces exerted on them are even higher than usual. The movements and bouncing that they experience can make them up to five times heavier depending on the intensity of the sport. By wearing a sports bra, you are giving them the support, comfort and protection they need. You are also protecting them from impacts, pain and premature sagging.

What is the purpose of choosing between high, medium or low support?

During sport, the breasts experience forces that stretch the skin and ligaments of the bust. The lack of adequate support can cause pain and premature sagging. However, too much support can also have negative consequences. The level of support provided by your bra must therefore be tailored to your bust size and the intensity of the impacts involved.
The objective:To protect your bust while preserving the natural movement of the breasts.

How are the levels of support of the Decathlon sports bras validated?

Our laboratories validate the models using a bust support test that measures the reduction in the acceleration of the breast's movement during the sporting activity. They are evaluated and then sorted into the following three levels: 1 for low support, 3 for medium support and 5 for high support.

What sport should you associate with what level of support?

Depending on the type of sport you practise, the level of support of your bra with vary. We offer the following three options:
- Level 1: low support for activities that generate gentle breast movements (pilates, stretching, strength training, etc.);
- Level 3: Medium support for activities that cause moderate bouncing (dance, fitness, cardio-training, etc.);
- Level 5: High support for activities that involve intense movements (step, treadmill, trampoline, etc.).

How do you measure the bust size in order to choose the right sports bra?

To keep your bust supported and comfortable, the bra size that you choose must be tailored to your body shape. This is how you do it:
- Stand opposite a mirror with a tape measure;
- Place it horizontally at the top of your back on the lower part of your shoulder blades;
- Hold the tape over the largest part of the bust;
- Record the measurement without pulling the tape measure tight;

What size of medium-support muscle back seamless bra should you choose?

The sports bra comes in sizes XS to XL and is recommended for sizes up to a C-cup.
The racer back, which is specific to the sports crop tops, spreads the support evenly across the back.
For D-cup and above, we have developed other, more suitable models.

How should you care for the medium support muscle back seamless bra?

Designed for intensive sports use, this bra is highly resistant to frequent washing. Do not exceed a washing temperature of 30°C and put it in our washing bag, which is sold separately (item ref. 8505236). Do not dry in a tumble dryer.
