Why use hand grips for cross training?

During WODs involving suspended gymnastic movements, we strongly recommend that you use hand grips to avoid injuring your hands. This is particularly true if you frequently do exercises such as Bar Muscle-Ups, T2B, Chest-to-bar or Pull-ups, for example!

Improve your grip even further

We recommend applying magnesium carbonate powder to the hand grips before each use to enhance your grip on the bar.

How do you choose your hand grips?

Measure the length of your palm (from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger).Choose size 1 if it's less than 10 cm, and size 2 if it's more than 10 cm.

How do you look after your hand grips?

Hand grips can be washed regularly:
- Apply a little black soap and rub gently.
- Leave them to soak in warm water.
- Then leave them to dry.
Now you're ready to get your WOD back on track.

Did you know? What are the differences between hand grips with holes and those without?

Hole-free hand grips, unlike those with holes, are easier to remove. This is particularly important if you want to switch between exercises quickly!
